Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations notified more than 90 days prior to departure will be entitled to a full refund less a cancellation fee of $50.
Cancellation notified between 45 and 90 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be re-booked for the full value. In this case, all monies will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations notified less than 45 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the houseboat can be re-booked for full value. In this case, all monies paid will be refunded less the $150 cancellation fee.
Management Cancellations:
The managers/owners will make every effort to ensure the houseboat is available as booked. However, they reserve the right to make alteration of houseboat, dates etc, and will advise guests at the first available opportunity. A management or owner cancellation will afford a full deposit refund.
In the event of High River Flows and client safety management has the right to cancel the booking if it is deemed unsafe to travel on the river.
Covid Cancellations:
In an event that you need to cancel due to covid state border closures/lockdowns, we ask that you rebook for another time within your booking times/periods.
